01. Do I need to turn on fin before use;
No, fin is ready for installation.
02. The device does not collect clean water.
Check if:
- The tap water column does not enter the device’s opening.
- The flexible tube is bent.
- You do not have the needed water flow (clogged tap filter or filter with excessive air). Place the filter that is included in the package.
- You have not assembled the device´s parts correctly.
03. Why should I use the filter that is included in the package?
Using the included filter you can achieve a normal water flow that allows easy of use and greater efficiency for the Fin technology.
04. I find difficult to adjust the water flow column and the water does not falls into the device’s inlet.
Adjust the valves located under the sink so when your tap is completely open the water column of the tap to be in the desired point- fin’s inlet.
Alternatively you can use a flow stabilization filter without air intake at 6 lt/min
05. Cleaning
To clean the device, open it by rotating the device shell counterclockwise until the two slots in the shell and in the base of the device coincide. Then pull the device shell upwards. To close the device, follow the reverse procedure.
Clean the device with a damp cloth.
Never use wire sponge, hard cleaners or high acidity fluids.
If there is too much salt in your water network, use white vinegar to remove the salt
06. Water temperature
Do not use water with temperature higher than 60°C on the device.
07. Depreciation of device
For a four-member family, the depreciation takes place in 6 months.
08. Warranty
Fin has a warranty of 2 years.
